Celebrating Our Roots: Oktoberfest at Trinity Temecula

Trinity Temecula recently gathered to celebrate our community’s vibrant German heritage and Lutheran roots with our annual Oktoberfest celebration. We joined together for an afternoon filled with traditional German dishes, festive folk music, and incredible fellowship.

Faith, Fellowship, and Freshly Grilled Brats

Our campus came alive with the sights, sounds, and aromas of a authentic Bavarian festival. Church members and local guests filled the tables to enjoy a beautiful autumn afternoon together.

Our grill masters kept the crowd fed with freshly grilled bratwurst and hot dogs, complete with all the traditional fixings. Plates were piled high with authentic sauerkraut, warm German potato salad, and pretzel bites.

Honoring Our Lutheran Heritage

Beyond the delicious food, this event holds a special place in our hearts as a Lutheran congregation. It serves as a joyful nod to our German connections and the legacy of Martin Luther.

We honor our roots by building a welcoming space for everyone today.

The celebration concluded with an incredible spread of traditional German dessert pastries. Between the lively German music and the sound of laughter, it was a beautiful reminder of the joy found in Christian community.

We want to extend a massive thank you to the dynamic duo who made the event happen and all the volunteers who cooked, served, and welcomed our Temecula community!
